I just began my last lit. class at ND, Literature as Contemporary Art. As I work my way through Ben Marcus' Notable American Women, I thought I'd share the three pieces my professor introduced to us in our last session.
1) "Shout Art" by R. Henry Nigl
2) "White Page" by Steve McCaffery (Notre Dame Review #19, &NOW portion)
3) "Dakota" by Young-Hae Chang Heavy Industries
Of the three, my personal taste leans toward the third.
To be clear, Shout Art and White Page both seem kind of ridiculous to me.
