Pleasantly surprised to receive notification from University of Oregon. Yes, it was a rejection, but that just makes me all the more certain that I'll be accepting the offer from Notre Dame. Updated map below.
April 15 isn't just tax day. That's when most schools expect you to make a decision on any offers they've made.
For U of Virginia, their website says that decisions are made on April 1, so anything they mailed out is probably on its way. For UNLV, they had a February 15 application deadline, the latest of any school I applied to, so they sort of have an excuse for taking their time.
Anyway, unless some amazing offer comes from either of these schools, I'm more than ready to head to South Bend.
they aren't good enough for you, anyway. :P
ReplyDeleteThose holdouts---and Oregon too---must have you right on the bubble, maybe even on some sort of waiting list.
ReplyDeleteHere's to hoping they fill you in soon. I'm betting ND wants an answer in just over a week, right?
